Returns Policy – All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. customer is responsible for any postage costs involved in returning said goods.

To return goods please contact us using the contact form or email tech@bryairtech.co.uk inform us of your return and then either return in person or post using your preferred method. All returned goods must be unused and free from damage/marks including all retail packaging and in resellable condition . Any Custom work or upgrades commissioned are exempt from the 14 day return period.
